MONTOL LOWEN !

The Kernow X crew and some of the Cornish branch of the Celtic League went out for a fantastic winter solstice. Rivers of fire, songs and dancing were all enjoyed by the hundreds who journeyed out with us into the cold.

we all donned our faux smart clothes, green wreaths and venetian masks for the procession

to the hill fort to light the Beacon. After Pen Glaz back down the hill to the Benbow for Celtic Sounds and Dances.

COPENHAGEN CONFERENCE

Jowan the Kernow x chair had the good fortune to be asked to be on the symposium panel for the mock Copenhagen conference in Falmouth this week.

The event looked at issues within the broad context of a low-carbon economy.

It was great to have a representative at the packed event and to see so many young people getting involved in mitigating climate change.
