The North Cornwall branch of Mebyon Kernow - the Party for Cornwall launched the Cornish Diet Campaign at the Camelford Show on Wednesday
This is to build on the Living Communities theme, the Cornish Diet calls for 80% of all food served on Cornwall Council owned or run premises to come from Cornwall by 2012.
The campaign is being spearheaded by Joanie Willett,
the MK PPC for North Cornwall.
This would include a clear long-term development path so that growers and producers can find and access potential future markets in the public sector. Such activities need support from as many of us as possible, to increase the benefit to local traders in all areas of Cornwall.
